The Objective of the Issue

The company proposes to utilize the net proceeds from the IPO for the following purposes:

  • Funding the incremental working capital requirements of the Company aggregating to approximately Rs. 65 crore.

  • Repayment and/or pre-payment, in full or in part, of certain outstanding borrowings availed by the Company from scheduled commercial banks aggregating to approximately Rs. 65 crore.
